I love this story. When I first started reading it I figured it would be a sappy love story but you've kept my interest.

I loved the chapter but, you need to fix the format. Here is a few examples of what is wrong. The doorman shrugged �She did not say, but she had lots of luggage� & �I just need to feel happy again mom� she said in a small voice �I don�t think I can feel that here� It made it really hard to read this chapter. It took me awhile to read it b/c I kept having to reread lines to make sure that I got it right. I will keep checking for a corrected chapter and can't wait to reread it.

great update. Just as I suspected, spike was too late to see buffy before she left. I wonder if he'll do a grand romantic gesture and go to sunnydale? Hehehe I can't wait to see what you will have in the next chapter. Hopefully buffy's family will cheer her up.

Oh, poor Spike. I almost feel bad for him.

I'm glad he's finally getting the message. I hope things start turning around for them. Can't wait until the next chapter. This is definitely my favorite story right now and I was sooooooo excited when I saw that it was updated. Keep it coming!

Hmmmph , It took him 6 weeks to wake up and smell the Lilies , well he better do something now before Buffy decides to start dating some jerk and move on. I hope u have him run to Sunnydale and grovel, I want to see lot's of groveling, the big jerk (really love him though) but he's making me so angry! looking forward to next update . By the way ,check your keyboard u seem to have a stuck key or somethin.

I absolutely love this story. The feeling of need and longing is so familiar, wanting someone, but knowing that having them isn't any good for you. This is beautifully written and fascinating. I'll be keeping an eye out for more!

Wow! What a wonderful, sad tale! What a wonderful job you're doing. I bawled in ch. 3, so I hope the sadness is almost over and you'll make Spike see sense quickly! Please update soon!

Well done to Buffy for staying strong. I really want to know what happened to Spike to make him think he can't be the man she needs. Update soon.

I clicked this story because of the intriguing title, but I'm loving the angst...and I always get a kick when the 'canon positions' are reversed...
