Awe, loved the scene in the kitchen with both 'Kids'. Spike was cute (even if he didn't intend to be).
Good to know for us readers that Maggie Walsh has no clue where Buffy and company are. Seems the first part of the plan worked fine. :D

I really like how you are choosing to write Riley. In this chapter you find the perfect balance between the decent guy, soldier, and black-and-white view that Buffy needs to admit she is a 'good demon' and it is alright for them to find some way to control her against her will to use her, for a greater good. It's hard to find a fic without Riley-bashing or over-the-top love for Buffy, but you've managed to keep Riley an individual, realistic character.

Joyce's interaction with Spike, Giles, and Buffy is very well done, too, and I look forward to seeing more. Buffy's thoughts about Angel are a step in maturing for her. glad she noticed how hot Spike was after just waking up!
