I thought you did a really good job at describing Buffy's post-traumatic stress. I think that's what someone who'd been through hell would react. And poor Spike being at a loss as to how to help her *sniffles* Thank goodness that the fog lifted from Buffy's mind somewhat, and she's trying to go on living, not just existing. I hope Buffy can get some help for her nightmares too, that was so scary and sad.

that he wouldn’t have turned her down to save the world - le sigh, i wish i had that lol, instead i have a boyfriend that...never mind lol, in my head i have Spike and i love how you portray him in this. It was good to add how distant she'd been, i can only imagine the horrible things that would go through someones mind after something like that and hope that everyone who has ever suffered something even remotely close to what she has, has the help and love needed to move on with their life after something so terrible. I love how much love is portrayed, and i'm hoping against hope that nothing foul happens to her on her night out after everything that's happened, she deserves some good. I love the fic so far and can't wait to see where else you take it.
