I like the premise of the story, no issues at all. Cute beginning. I would recommend getting this beta'd. The word flow is a bit off and some verbs are used repeatedly. I suggest using the thesaurus with future chapters. A little background wold be nice too :) Im not sure if you both wrote on this chapter and maybe going back and forth ... anyway, not enough to stop me from proceeding with story, but I will warn you, many people will stop reading with these types of errors.

Author's Response: This was written over a year ago and we did go back and forth, hence the awkward perspective changes. She wrote Spike and I wrote Buffy, sort of like an RP. Keeping that in mind, it doesn't at all reflect my writing now. But thanks for your suggestions anyway.
