ooooh, good start! Ya have my attention, and will be looking forward to more. Seems like I'm seeing a lot of S5 & S6/AU fics out there (AU/non-canon/factors changing something different) lately. Liked the inclusion of her old grimey sneakers---makes sense, doesn't it, that she'd keep a pair of yucky old tennis shoes or boots or something to do her worst jobs and slaying in? At least for the times she *knew* it was gonna be icky? I know I'd certainly spare *my* best boots that! And you illustrate Willow's self-satisfactory attitude quite well.
But it leads me to wonder---are the Scoobs there facing the hitch-hiker tonight all on their lonesomes?
(Couldn't happen to more deserving individuals... 'cept mebbe for Dawn, as she wasn't in on it.)
