Poor Spike... not really fitting in, neither with the vamps or the humans.
Mmmmh good idea to let Willow do the spell. With mispronouncing a word and a hair of Buffy falling in the magic circle I wonder about the consequences. I'm very curious now. :)

Author's Response: I've always wanted the others to take him in... but they're a bigoted bunch. That's why we have fanfic! :D So Spike is finally loved by someone the way he loves. You're so right, Willow and her spells... things tend to go wrong... or maybe right in this case. ;) Mixing Spike's and Buffy's DNA that just screams trouble. They'll find out in the next chapter...
