Awe - how sad... Buffy is back because her grandma died (oh - make that both grandparents) - and now her dad is selling the vineyard Oh - she's so old - will say: so much time has passed *sniff* and no Spike no more... She was 17 than.. and wrote Spike all the time and he never answered. *sigh* That is really sad. So much wasted time. Lost time. Why hadn't she tried to find him? But I think she came at a point were she did give up. I would have too if I hadn't go a response in all the time. But Spike had the money ... he could have tried to find her - if he really wanted. I have the impression now - he didn't want to. *sniff* that may be the way life is... but it's still so sad.
Yeah, bittersweet memories - that's all that's left. - Huh? Where did Spike come from now? Some years too late....
Yeah, Buffy - so he's asking if he can buy the vineyard. and nothing personal... seems that Buffy has still feeling for Spike/Will. Oh, I understand Buffy - thinking that Spike would live at her old home with another woman. Heartbreaking. But like she said - the decision is her father's. And Spike is apologizing and regretting not to have answered her. Well, it was his decision. He made his bed and had to lie in it. But still - the decision he mad influenced two live.. not only his. Awe, he still loves her... I didn't doubt that Buffy loves him too. It wasn't her that did give them up.
Oh that’s really it? No more chapters? *sigh*… I wish you could write another epilogue – a bit in the future… The end has come so quick – after meeting again after all that year? Or is there to be a sequel? I’m a bit sad now… but not because your writing is bad. If it weren’t good I wouldn’t be sad. Thanks for writing. Ever thought about a sequel?

This quickly became my favorite AU story. It's well written, and the ending was just too beautiful for words. It couldn't have ended any better. I hope to someday read more of your work.
