That was interesting, I wasn't sure of this story but thought I would try it.

i think your story was great sorry it was my first time reading it but i was wondering what happen to spike's prison buddy it seemed like he liked faith just a loose end i guess sorry i'm just a freak about endings but it was very good sorry i counldn't review when you first wrote it. :)

Loved your story. One complaint. Did Spike drop his friend Gunn like a hot rock after being freed? That's just not right.

This was a great story. I was glad you stuck to your guns and didn't bend to the pressures to make this pwp - the plot was important and well done. There were some moments when Buffy and Spike were in her office and he was supposedly handcuffed that the story was confusing. He would have arms around her with his cuffed hands behind her back and then there would be a statement about how he was touching her face. It seemed sometimes in your descriptions didn't make total sense if he was still cuffed.
I tend to get frustrated when I read fan fics where Buffy and all the characters seem so adamantly pro-life when those issues are raised. Not just saying that that choice isn't the right one for her , but basically making sweeping statements that imply that it is offensive for anyone to consider such a thing. Indeed it is a controversial subject and you have the right to write about it as you choose, but in my head Buffy is a little more open minded.
You did a particularly great job capturing the characters of Buffy, Spike and Dawn with your dialogue. The story was creative and I love it when people are able to write an AU story and still incorporate some of Buffy's slayer qualities.
