Ok, I get why Spike wouldn't want to kill Drusilla - she's his sire, they spent over 100 years together, he loved her, etc. But, he's still a dumbass for walking out on Buffy. Good use of Cordy as intermediary. Hopefully she talked some sense into that lame brain. I was kind of suprised that Buffy would ask and expect Spike to kill his sire, but she is young and still has a lot to learn. Like Spike said, it's not new that she compares him to Angel. Spike doesn't fit the same rules that Angel does, but that's the only prior personal experience she has with a vampire. It will be interesting to see just what Spike will be willing to do to potentially save Buffy's life. Nice twist again, Ashlee!

Another great chapter. I can't believe that Spike responded that way. I glad that Cordelia set him straight. Hopefully, nothing bad will happen to Buffy and the baby.

Making Spike kill Dru is harsh. It's one thing if he realizes he has to do it, but for Buffy to guilt him into it is going to be big. I cna't wait to see which way this goes.

Glad that Cordy tried to make Spike understand what Buffy was thinking (because he really had no clue) Well, if that didn't go through him - the thought of Buffy in danger did. I hope he'll get her in time to show her that she (Buffy) means more to him than Dru, his Ex. I hope. To feel that you are less than the Ex of your boyfriend - that's not a nice feeling.

that was a great update. i hope spike gets his head out of his ass soon and realize that buffy loves him and only him. i love how cordy told him the way it was to that was so good. i hope spike stakes dru she really does deserve it. great all around chapter update again soon.

Oh, this chapter was fantastic...insecurities abounding. This chapter just whips into another direction after the last one's more joyous feeling with new of the pregnancy. So very Jossian. And yeah for Queen C once again shoving some common sense into a man's (or vamp's) head!!

i love the whole idea of there being a little bundle of buffy and spike's love, but is this going to be a baby fic? cause most baby fics tend to focus more on the baby instead of the main story and it really goes downhill from there... but, it's your story, i know you'll make it work either way... i have another question to ask... uhm, is the claim between them for buffy to become immortal too? cause i have read fics that have claims and buffy isn't immortal... i just wanted to know if your version of the claim made buffy immortal... anyway, love this update.... thank you so much for sharing and hope you continue to update...
