I just read the prequel to this story and it was excellent. The sequel is equally well done. I can't imagine what will happen next. I only hope that it will not result in Spike betraying Buffy.

The smell that was lingering around Spike before is still stuck in my head, is that the reason Spike and Buffy are constantly fighting, though in my opinion they will never ever stop arguing on anything and everything under the sun... so i cant wait to see if it is realted to what ever is happening in the story.

You always take this story completely different than I expect... which is AWESOME! I love it! This was a very good chapter, wonderfully written and I am really looking forward to more! The thing about "Then act like a goddamn father and ask the right questions." Was huge! The part about "act like a father" that was sad.. but asking the right questions.. VERY good. Yes, it seems to me too that there's more to Tara and Willow than it shows to the eyes... I don't think it would be good if Spike would devide his attention between Buffy and Tara when Buffy is so vulnerable and Spike has to do Buffy's work, too. Looking forward for more.

I think Buffy brought up a great point......for Spike to train Tara it would bring badness to Buffy and his unborn baby on a hit list......especially since Buffy had been slacking off her patroling, they'd see her as an easy target......Great argument, and I hope Spike realize he's not making the best fatherly decisions at the moment...........protect your own before putting others......
