Summary: After a horrible accident leaves Buffy Summers needing months of physical therapy in order to stand and walk without assistance she is admitted to Sunnydale Sacred Heart where she is entrusted to the care of Dr. William "Spike" Pratt, the leading physical therapist in the area.
