Summary: Set season 6 Smashed re-write goes off canon after that.
I always wanted to see things go differently in smashed, i think if Spike had done a few things different that night him and Buffy would have had a real chance. It's all about choices so here is my take.


For the purposes of this fic "Once with more feeling" never happened so the gang is unaware about Buffy being in heaven, Willow and Tara have broken up but it was because Tara couldn't forgive her for doing the memory spell on her.
