Okay, so this is the chapter that gave me a headache and is why I left this idle for so long. I was never satisfied with it, but I think it's come out okay. Having said that, remember I warned you of fluff? Well yeah, this to me, is fluffy. They are singing after all :-)

Thank you so much for your thoughts. I hope everyone is still with me, I know song fic isn't for everyone ;) Now, how will everyone react to the news Lorne gave them last chapter. Of course we all knew it was true, but the characters can be dense sometimes. As much as I love them it's true. ;)

Hello guys! An update at last! I got very good at distracting myself reading Fan Fiction Friday online and needed to take some time to recover before I was able to write again. First of all...I'm REALLY SORRY! I know I said last time I would try and stick with weekly updates but real life started sucking and kicking my ass. Things start to pick up pace here and I think I can take this story out of the fluff category since it's somehow earned some angst. I hope this chapter was worth the wait and I promise I'll try not to leave you hanging so long, unless I get sick or swamped with work again, in which case there's nothing I can do but wait for free time and inspiration.

Hi guys. Remember me? It's been a while, hasn't it? Yeah....I don't really have an excuse other than being really burned out for a surprisingly long time. When I started trying to write...I had nothing. I did most of my writing when I was avoiding doing something else (mainly college work) but then I had all the time in the world to write and it just wasn't as much fun. It was weird, but I'm working through it. I have felt so bad for leaving you guys hanging for so long. Good news is, this story may actually be finished soon.



I do have two other stories that need to be finished. I'm going to wait until this one is done before I go back to working on them since three stories at once might be a little much. Other than that...I missed you all and I hope you enjoy the chapter. Oh and thanks are due to no_promises for being an awesome person who also hinted at how much this story needs an ending..which is very very true ;)

Things did not go according to plan...



I got stuck on this last chapter because things were not flowing the way they should. You can all thank PeaceHeather for helping me discover what wasn't working so I could fix it. You can also thank her because you now get another chapter after this one. It's about halfway done so should be posted fairly soon. I needed to make sure it was a decent enough length to stand on its own instead of just making this one extra long.



I hope you enjoy. I'm wrapping everything up and you get a happy little epilogue to this tale soon. It's been one hell of a ride from a neglected set of chapters I decided to post on a whim :) Thank you all for helping make this a full story and one that will soon be a completed fic.

I'd like to thank everyone who encouraged me to keep going with this fic when I was unsure and ready to give up on it.
