Summary: Buffy is 19 when she moves to Sunnydale with her mother and 17 year old sister Dawn after her parents bitter divorce. After only living in the town for a few weeks, Buffy is attacked and illegally turned one night by a member of the Aurelian line. From that moment on, her life is turned upside down and she has to learn to survive as a newly turned vampire under the rigid laws society has put in place to ensure the survival of their species, and in the process is inadvertently dragged into the midst of a bitter war between two rivaling vampire clans.

I don't know what to say... I have tons of things running in my head but everything's really obvious. So I'll just answer your A/N about epilogue. Of course, YES! A big resounding YES! I totally love this fic, and I'll be sad to see it ending, but it has been a fun (and scary) ride and I hope, greyangel, that you will maybe write another fic after this one. You're too talented as a writer to stop.
I love this chapter and it's really healing. All the hurt in the past, all the monstrous things Spike had done to Buffy, all fell away at his confession. Please update soon!!

I was surprised to find a chapter specially dedicated to Faith and Luke. And you know what? *LOL* All this time I thought Luke was a medium-built man, not hulky like you described! ;D Although there's no Buffy and Spike except a passing mention in their conversations, I still enjoyed this chapter. And I love the part where they bantered about when Faith would leave and Luke says "Can't." *LOL*

I second ChrissieLinnit's post! I didn't really think about Angel, Wesley, Cooper, Buffy's mum, and everything until she mentioned it and I know, if it didn't get wrapped up I know it would be haunting me forever. I know... I'm a bad bad person to make these demands on you but you know I'm in love with your fic greyangel. Normally I wouldn't bother making these requests. Ultimately it's up to you as it is your fic, but as it is I'm feeling bittersweet at the moment letting this fic go when the time comes and I want to let it go with all loose ends tied up.

I'm speechless. I know I have a lot to say, since this is the last chapter (not forgetting the epilogue) but it *is* drawing to an end. But I guess that's how the entire story made me feel... speechless. It's bloody beautiful, amazing, and terrifying at the same time. You're the most talented author I'd come across. This is a very intricate and complex plot, and it's amazing how you can pull it together and make it seem so effortless.
