I'm 28 (about to be 29) Just getting back into fanfic. I've been involved in the Buffyverse for a little over 4 years, vidding mostly. I've since moved onto to a few other fandoms but as far as fanfic goes, I can't move away from Buffy / Spike.

Another fic from Brat!!!! Seriously, I've read everything you've ever written and love love love them all so I'm sure I'm going to love this one too. I can't wait to see how Spike treats Buffy when they meet for the first time after all these years...should be interesting! Please update soon :-)

Damn! Okay I know we're supposed to feel sorry for Buffy's dad and all. He's sick, he's dying of cancer...(to me) he's getting what he deserves.

Okay, that's a little harsh, I'll give you that but he's a dick and I can't help but feel that way. I get not wanting your child to see you go through something as horrible as cancer but you don't scar them so bad they have to check them selves into a mental health facility....

Can you tell that I am not a fan of Hank in this story :-)

As always, brilliant chapter. You capture emotion like no writer out there.
