I started reading Spuffy when I was on bed rest last year, pregnant with my first baby. I was on bed rest for what seemed like forever, so I read ALOT of spuffy.

Imagine my surprise to find that I was completely hooked, even when I could leave my bedroom again.

My two favorite stories are "My Life Closed Twice" by Anaross and "The Last Summer" by Annie Sewell-Jennings. If you haven't read them yet, go! Read! Ana's is at the Just Rewards archive and The Last Summer is at All About Spike.

Those two are amazing writers. Their characters are fleshed out and believable and their stories are moving and I just couldn't stop reading. (I don't know either of them, btw :)

Oh yay! *claps hands* I'm really into this story and hoped you might continue it someday. Darn Wesley's crummy timing and thank goodness for his restraint in reporting it (although of course, Walsh was pushing for this if I recall correctly - I have to go back and reread, but I was too impatient to do that now, lol). Loving reading this one. I'm all brain-fried from work, so I don't have anything thoughtful to say, but I'm eagerly awaiting the next chapter! Buffy spying as a maid is a really funny concept. I wonder what she does for a living in "real life" when she's not posing as a hotel maid. I could be forgetful, though and you've mentioned it, because I read these chapters days (a week?) ago and *blushes in shame* failed to leave a review.

Ohhh, sweet chapter. Smart of Cordy to draw Buffy's decorating preferences out in casual conversation. I wish the baby was really William's.
