Jay, another great MM story! :P First when I saw the title of this story and the summary I was like, huh? you know, coz there's already a story with the same title/summary, but I compared and it's really different :P guess that's just part of the challenge...Anyhow, I love it! Poor Spike, he's all depressed which I totally get, I mean he was all great and strong before and now he's just a lowsy human :P Really intense part with the gun, I love it.
He thinks Buffy won't want him because he's all 'weak', but I hope that when she comes to LA she'll make him see different coz she just looooves him..I hope:P
Anyhow, I love it, can't wait for the next chapter :)

Maaaan, I know you like to make Spike suffer but-but-but he's so...wow, I love it:P Erm, of course not the fact that he's once again in a wheelchair, and he can't even shag 'n stuff...I hope so totally that either by some miracle he recovers completely, or he gets turned into a vampire again. I mean, he's much more big bad like that anyway...hm, or maybe, first he'll recover, give Buffy some babies and THEN become a vamp again:P

Oh I love this story! I've already read it a few times before over at Elysian fields, and it's one of the few stories that I've read multiple times, because it's just so wonderful!
The way you describe Spike's loneliness is just so moving, so oh...I always get all teary at that part.

There's this thing I've been thinking about, with the whole timeline thing...Where did the ring originally come from? I mean, the whole thing keeps going in a cycle, with Buffy getting the ring from Spike and then later on giving it to him again...but if Spike gave the ring to Buffy, but she was the one who gave it to him in the first place...where did it come from? Maybe the first time around when it all happened it was just Buffy's ring...or something...did that make any sense?
Anyhow, that's just a thing that's been going through my mind:P
