Summary: When Homecoming rolls around, Spike bets Buffy that he will be the Homecoming King, proving that he’s more popular than she is. Determined to prove she’s more popular, Buffy runs for Homecoming Queen. After cutthroat campaigns and several pranks against each other, old feelings surface between the two rivals and they begin to remember why they use to be Sunnydale High’s most elite couple a few years ago. ****AUTHOR'S NOTE**** For some reason I can't respond to reviews, but: to Reciprocity- I wrote this before I wrote Broken, but I already had that story blocked out in an outline, so it wasn't that hard. And to spikes_niblet: the main thing I changed was the beginning (because it wasn't mine, so I rewrote the first part). The rest of the story stays basically the same (because after the original chapters, everything was mine). I did change the last chapter, because I was never really happy with it, but it's not a huge change. The basic idea stays the same, it's just the location is different. Thanks for the reviews!

Not to sound redundant, but...update SOON!!! I just love this story (well, both of your stories, but there's just something about this one...) Anyway, this chapter was basically what I expected and based on the hints that you gave in previous chapters, it was inevitable. Besides, there have been plenty of writers who have done unconsensual scenes: Laure, Karbear, and possibly Sluggie, but I'm not sure about her.
