I've been looking for this one for a while off and on and renewed my search after I watched OMWF at sdcc a few weeks ago

Buffy visits Angel in LA and doesn't know Spike is alive. She has a baby (I believe, but I might be mixing fics in my head) and Spike is hiding behind a secret room but she can feel him or something along those lines.

Anyone remember this one??
