Hi, I'm looking for three stories.
The first story is where Buffy is seriously ill and dying. Spike takes her outside where she sees the sun for the last time and then turns her into a vampire. Willow immediately summons her soul. That's all I remember. I think the story had a sequel.
The other has Buffy time travel to the 18th century to find an artifact that is lost or destroyed in her time. She's supposed to travel through Giles, but she's so excited to see Spike that she jumps in early. In the 18th century, she loses her memory, and Wiliam finds her and takes care of her. At the end she remembers and tells Spike and they sleep together. After returning, help goes to Angelo in LA. There she finds Spike and he discovers that she is pregnant.
And the third fic is in the Victorian era where Buffy and Spike are supposed to get married and they don't want to. And they don't even know each other. They meet when Buffy runs away from the house on a horse and he gets scared, in front of Spike's carriage. I know they then have an agreement between themselves and eventually get married. On their honeymoon, Buffy asks Spike if he took the Kamasutra book.

The first one could be 'His Childe' by Kallysten (Kally77 on AO3). It's the first story of a four parts series. The first three stories are on Nocturnal Light, the fourth Whose Destiny? is on Cryptoffic.

The second one could be 'Only time will tell' by Grief Counseling (aka Dampersandspoons).
You can find it on Sunnydale after dark archive (link ubove) or here on Nocturnal Light.

The third one makes me think of 'Teach me how' also by Grief Counseling. It's a remastered version though, so it could be slightly different from the version you remember. I'm pretty sure GC would accept to share the old version.
