I'm looking for a fic. I believe Spike and Buffy were not together, and I think they had to go undercover. It was a BDSM place because Buffy had to pretend to be submissive to Spike. At one point I think she's in a cage? And there was a room with all this BDSM stuff. I forget if there were cameras or not, but I do know there was spanking involved.

It also might been 'A Castle of a Different Sort' by Sandara (Summary: Buffy and Spike get up to some nasty fun at a BDSM castle while hunting a vamp in London.). Buffy was definitely in a cage in this one. Unfortunately it has been taken down and all Sandara's fics are on the 'do not exchange' list.
I don't know if this one have been reworked into an original. Check out her stories, she writes under the pen name Jolynn Raymond.
