The deal involves Buffy giving Spike her blood so that he can heal faster. Every couple chapters Buffy gives him blood.
She does so either by sitting on his lap, and he bites her neck, or wrist. Spike tends to taunt her about it turning her on. She gives blood at least 2 or 3 times throughout the fic.
Spike betrays Buffy somehow, either by not telling her that he's fully healed or because of something else. They have an argument in a cemetery and they decide to call off the deal and fight.
The last chapter has Buffy and Spike arguing again in a cemetery, factory or classroom. This somehow leads to them having hate sex for the first time.
