Looking for the fanfic, longread, Buffy is pregnant there (father of the baby left her), not with Spike in the beginning, but they are together in the end of course and with the baby. She is driving some big car between the towns. And there is big part about Angel and Wesley. They met a woman, nice, dealing with Tarot cards, healing, and they use her help, and Wesley's in a relationship with this woman in the end.
And I remember Buffy and Spike had a big fight with some evil nearly before the birth of her child.

I've been searching and looking everywhere and the only story that comes close to what your looking for is the Cast me not away series by Enigmaticblue. It's complete on AO3 and some stories are on EF.

Summary:
Spike leaves after «Dead Things,» wanting nothing more than to get Buffy out of his head. Wesley's still an independent contractor after the events of «Loyalty.» And the Slayer's still living in the land of denial.

The first story covers 4 years after S06 (so kind of P-S), Buffy is pregnant with her last Boyfriend Peter who leaves her. Wesley's love interest is called Danika and is a midwife (who indeed wears long skirts and has a wikka vibe ). Starts whit Buffy and Spike apart and ends up whith Spuffy.
