I managed to save a few chapters of a fic and I didn't note the title or the author...
It's an All Human fic.
William is a psychiatrist and Buffy is doing an internship with Giles in England. The story starts with an accident on a subway train. Elizabeth ends up with a head injury, goes through surgery and is in a coma. She's engaged to Riley in the US but he's cheating on her with Harmony. William contacts Elizabeth's family (Joyce and Dawn), he feels guilty because Elizabeth was going home with him after a date and it's the reason she was on the train with him.
Willow is a nurse at the hospital, Angel is a surgeon and Drusilla is his mentally ill girlfriend. Darla and the Master are present too.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Edit: Classical... I looked for hours but as soon as I posted here, I found it. It was 'In The Still of The Night' by William's girl.
