I think cousinjean removed some of their fics from archives. I am searching but haven't found 'Ripples'. There is someone on Livejoural (Ancient service and they may not be active anymore), their name is elyvern: https://elyvern.livejournal.com/ They said the following, 'The Butterfly Effect was the first good spuffy long-fic I read in the fandom and I managed to acquire a copy of the half-finished «Ripples» as well. That one was shaping up nicely to be a babyfic, but too bad it'll never be completed.' Maybe try contacting them.

Also, although you didn't ask I did find other fics by cousinjean which I'll post here in case you might be interested.
