I'm looking for a timetravel fic where Spike goes back in time and his soul doesn't come back with him. He is relieved when he realises that the soul is no longer burdening and plaguing him.

I'm not sure exactly from when Spike comes or when he arrives.

I believe Riley is in the fic so at least a part of it is during his time on the show.

I'm pretty sure he either has the Amara gem or gets a hold of it.

I might be misremembering some of this though or just mixing up fics.

I'm unfortunately not sure of much more as I either never finished reading the fic or it's possibly a wip or a one shot.
