Im looking for a fic that i read al longgggg time ago, where buffy travels back in the past and meets william, they fall in love, she returns to her own time to find herself with an std and pregnant. She doesnt tell spike, and tries to get an abortion, but she can't go through with it. I have looked through the other fics that were posted and dont think any of them are it.
