Spike becomes a cat

Hey Everyone,
There was a fic I read ages ago about Spike being turned into a snow-white cat with blue eyes. Buffy didn't realize it was Spike, but named this cat that Dawn found Spike. There was one scene when Buffy was pleasuring herself, crying out Spike's name with him, as the cat, there. Does anyone remember this fic?
