I know there's a ton of Buffy fics where she travels back in time. The specific fic I'm looking for is one where Buffy lives to a very old age and she's miserable without her friends and Spike. Somehow her consciousness with the knowledge of future events gets sent back into her body in Season 2 or 3 (not exactly sure). She goes back with the drive to change as much of the future as possible to make things better for herself and her loved ones. The main thing I remember from the fic is that Buffy keeps talking about keeping her teeth strong and enjoying eating corn on the cob and things like that because she's had dentures for years. Also, she teaches Giles about vampire claiming by claiming Spike without his prior approval right in front of Giles. Anybody know the fic I'm talking about?

I think that is the Second Youth series by Ariel Dawn. The first story is the one you're referring to, at least it sounds like it, but there's a sequel as well. It doesn't take place in season 2 or 3, so I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for.
