Set Season Six. Buffy and Spike are either on again off again, or just broken up. Giles is in England. Anya has talked Xander into going somewhere together for Christmas. Willow and Tara have gone somewhere else.
Dawn wants to spend Christmas with both Buffy and Spike, but Buffy doesn't want Spike around. Dawn makes a wish on the christmas star (I think) and wakes to find Spike in Buffy's bed (with Buffy). Neither Buffy nor Spike realise that anything is different. They believe that they have been living together for a while.
They spend the day acting like a normal couple in love.
The Scoobies ring at different times of the day. Buffy spills the beans about her and Spike (thinking that the others already know). At the end of the day, Spike and Buffy are in mid-smooch when the spell ends.
Buffy realises that she enjoyed her day and none of her friends freaked over the phone. She decides to try dating Spike for real. |
