I've read this fic a long time ago and could never find it again. It's al human fic. Buffy is working undercover and Spike is the big mafia boss or does something illegal. When they first meet, Spike posses as the driver and Buffy thinks Angel is the boss but he is a second in command. Angel encourages Spike's mom narcotic habbit and she overdoses. Buffy turns Spike in but hides some evidence and he gets lighter sentence. When he finds out that she is undercover in the interrogation room, Spike attacks buffy and she has misscarrage but looses only one baby and has the second one. When Spike is released, he tries to make things up to Buffy and they end up together with their child.
I know, lots of rumblings, but does it ring a bell....anyone?
