Pairing: Spike/Buffy, Anya/Faith?

This is a long shot, because I can't remember much...

The main pairing is spike/buffy (of course), but there is also a faith/anya pairing, during which faith says that shes using Anya and leaves.

Anyone have any clue as to what I'm talking about?
