Spike alive and hating it

Hi, Please can someone help me find this fic, it was quite depressing for most of it, Spike is alive in a foreign country I think, Buffy finds him, he is living in squalor with a foreign guy bringing him booze, he is trying to drink himself to death, he ignores Buffy but she persists, telling him if he wont save himself can he give her a baby, she falls pregnant (by artificial semination by Spike) but loses the baby. I think Spike gets himself turned again in the end. Thanks
