Buffy forced to take care of crippled Spike

I read this story quite a while ago, but I can't seem to find it for the life of me...

It's a season 2 fic where Buffy is forced by Angelus to look after Spike. I guess she was kidnapped or something. Then Angelus throws her in Spikes room, where he is still not walking, and locks her in.

I know they go Spuffy (yea!) but I don't remember anything else. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

might be Vices of My Blood by Tami Brandt

Those both look like good stories so I'll totally be reading them.

But I'm pretty sure in the story I'm thinking of Buffy wasn't a vamp, still the slayer. And I think she started feeding Spike so he'd recover. I wish I could remember more about the story...
