Season 4 I believe, The gang sees someone at Sunnydale University who has an uncanny resemblance to Spike. Giles sends Buffy to Mexico, where the real Spike is, to straighten things out. Spike is a rich man who has servants and whose nickname is the Blue eyed devil i believe
