Spike is in a band/ Buffy's old family house is haunted

I'm looking for a fic where Spike is in a band with two other people and they come to Sunnydale to write music or record it. They decide to stay at this old house that Buffy's family owns. The house is haunted. The fic had Tara hooking up with one of the guys and Willow hooking up with the other one, and of course Buffy and Spike together. The ghosts were Angel and Faith. Each character feels different things from the ghost. Buffy and spike are possessed by Faith/Angel. Tara dreams of a rape and Willow's boyfriend feels the ghost choking him. Wesley and Riley were the bad guys in it. I also remember it mentioned Gunn and Fred. Any help would be great.
