Season 7 - Touched - Spike turns Buffy into a vampire

Hi guys,
I am looking for a fic I read not so long ago.
Spike turns Buffy into a vampire in "Touched" after they were attacked in that house and Buffy got drained. He then takes her to that demon in Africa to get her soul back. I remember that he gags her because he does not want to hear her saying mean things to him while he does the trials. I think the last trial was that he has to stake himself (of course he doesn't dust).
Come on, I know at least one of you remembers the title
