Spike saves Buffy from poisoned Demon-inflicted stomach wound

Buffy gets poisoned from a demon scratch across her stomach - Spike takes her back to his crypt and cleans her wounds while she's passed out, realising that he really cares for her in the process, then holds her whilst the poison works its way out of her system. Think it's set shortly after Something Blue?

Doesn't quite fit the criteria, but there is also Bad Medicine by Addie Logan.
Set in season 4 Buffy is poisoned by a demon and needs to get laid or die, and it needs to be someone sterile or she will get pregnant. So Spike helps out and things develop from there.

I'm looking for this, too, and have been for ages, so I posted it on Seeking_spike. Buffy is clawed across the stomach and I think she stumbles to Spike's crypt for help, and pretty much passes out bleeding in front of him. I'm not sure if she's just in danger from the wound itself or if the claw was poisoned.

Love is Blind by Avalon is a great fic and has a very similar scene in the first few chapters, though it's just a regular, life-threatening claw wound down her arm, not poisoned. Spike dealing with his feelings about why he's saving the Slayer and bandaging her wound is very good, too.
