I read this fic about a month ago. It wasn't long, maybe a one-shot or a two-shot at most.
Post Chosen, and NFA, Buffy's lonely and so her friends send her to a place of pleasure. She's tied to a bed with a blindfold when a guy comes in (Spike). He begins to get her comfortable when they start talking. Buffy tells him about her last love, but she describes him as a soldier who died in Iraq. Eventually she finds out that it's really Spike who's with her and that Xander of all people organized the whole thing. Spuffy happy ending, of course.
