far-future Spuffy

Hi there. I hope someone can help me because this is driving me insane. It's a far-future fic where Buffy gets resurrected and Spike is still a vampire and assigned as her watcher. He has a gang of do-gooders that help him and a Hispanic [I think] family that's adopted him. It ends with this massive throw-down at a large house [I think] and one of them is hanging outside by a rope.
