Buffy is a nanny to Spike's son

Can anyone please help me find a fic where Buffy gets a job as Spikes nanny for his son. I am not sure if his son was shy or standoffish, but she had to get him out of his shell (I think). There was also a scene where she drops him off at school and all the parents are watching her interact with Spikes son and a birthday party that Buffy through him that was very successful. This is all I can remember, if anyone can help me I appreciate it.
