All Human Fic Where Spike Dies

I'm looking for a fanfic that I read a long time ago. I can't remember the complete storyline. All I remember is that they become a couple somehow. Towards the end he takes Buffy to England and if I remember right Drusilla is his sister. Then at the very end after a fight with Buffy(I think), Spike goes out to a pool area and dies. When Buffy sees him, she goes into a catatonic state where she imagines she's a slayer and Spike is a Vampire. I think I remember it being VERY angsty. Hope someone can help me!
