it is a fic I read a long time ago (2002 or something)
it was in two parts

in the first spike come back after living in post season 6
Dawn is married in this fic and her husband and her believe that buffy is in love with spike, at the end buffy propose to spike with the ring she find in his duster

for the sequel buffy after meeting dawn's second child want her own baby with spike
they tried to have a baby with donnors and all but at the end they go for adoption
