Spuffy and scoobies get sent to another dimension where inhabitants shapeshift into wild cats

I don't remember the title or author, but Buffy, Spike, and the rest of the Scoobies somehow get sent to another dimension where the inhabitants are shape shifters and can shift into wild cats. I remember that Spike gets injured protecting Buffy and is taking care of his wound while she is tending to Xander, who was also injured. One of the natives points out that Spike was hurt far worse and did far more and Buffy feels guilty
