S4 story where Spike draws a naked Buffy Titanic style

Hoping for some help here but i've not got much to go on.

It is definitly season 4 but Spike does have his own crypt so it's past Something Blue.

One of the scenes in the story has Spike drawing Buffy (think scene in Titanic) wearing nothing but some of his mother's jewels.

Another scene later on has the picture falling out of Buffy's bag infront of everyone in Giles' during a meeting where she proudly tell's everyone it was Spike who drew her.

I know it's not much but I am hopeful.

I've read Can I Keep You and agree it's really good but it was The Consequences Of Magic that I was looking for.
