I read this story a while ago. Tara learns from Buffy that she has been sleeping with Spike. She believes that Spike is manipulating Buffy so she shows up at his crypt with a stake (or pencil) prepared to kill him. She realizes that he is trying to get Buffy back to herself so she doesn't kill him. I think she helps him.
Thats all I can remember. I think she admits to preparing to kill him to the scoobies.
