AH Buffy get's pregnant & sent away, Spike never knowing about the baby. They meet again years later

The fic that I'm looking for is about Spike and Buffy being friends and sleeping together. The first and only time they do she get's pregnant and sent away without Spike every knowing about the baby. Years later they meet up. I believe Buffy was a pianist? She sees Spike who I think is in a relationship at the time and finally is able to tell him about their daughter.
