Dawn is the result of a vengeance wish Willow made

Hi, I'm looking for a story that I barely remember except for one scene that has Willow chasing a kid with a yo-yo who is actually a vengeance demon. The yo-yo is his disguised pendant. Willow accidentally made a wish and Dawn and the glory fiasco is the result of that wish. Dawn smashes the pendant herself to save everyone....ringing any bells? I hope so.
