Are you looking for something specific, or just fiction recs with that subject matter? There is one story I'm thinking of, but if that's the one you're referring to, you won't find it anywhere. The one I have in mind was written by Ashlee and Allison, and was only posted in their Goldilocks journal. I couldn't say for sure if it still is or not. Either way, you would have to be friended in that journal in order to see it.

Like Tammy said, the only fic with Buffy as Spike's daughter that I know of was written by Ashlee and Allison and it's locked on their livejournals. If you've read it before, it means you're friended by one of them on Livejournal. They never published it anywhere else online. :)

Honestly I am floored by you guys. Some of these descriptions are the vaguest and in some cases the oddest searches/requests and yet within a few minutes to a few hours at least two or more of you have found 'a' fic. I swear I love this community so much, you guys are awesomeness.
