This has been driving me nuts. I know it is a S6 story. I think it starts out with Buffy being bitchy and Spike keeping her chained. Then she promises to stay for a few days. She hides from Xander when he goes looking for her. Spike drags an old bath tub and scrubs it clean so she can take a relaxing bath.

Um...thats all I got.

Mid-Season Six.
Buffy has a tiny little accident during patrol. She accepts Spike's offer to help her, but doesn't realize that offer encompasses much more than her wounded ankle until she is already chained up to the ceiling of the lower level of his crypt. It is now up to her to decide if she'll help herself, or not.
